Reservations

After completing this form a representative will contact you within 5 business days to discuss payment options. A non refundable deposit of $200 per person per tour is required within 72 hours of the confirmation of your booking. Please review our deposit dates and amounts for your remaining payments. If you are booking 59-40 days prior to departure, full payment is required within 72 hours of confirmation of your booking. If you are booking within 40 days prior to departure, full payment is due immediately. When a departure date of a tour reaches 15-20 passengers – our maximum group sizes - we will try to open up a second tour operating on the same date if operationally practical. Please note this is generally not possible within 60 days of the departure date. If a departure date becomes full more than 60 days prior to departure we reserve the right to ask for full payment within 7 days to guarantee a place on the tour. A 50% cancellation fee will then apply to any cancellations received after that date up to 30 days prior to departure. Once a deposit is received it will be understood that you have read and accepted our “Terms and Conditions” including matters outlined in the “Essential Thinking – Backpacking in Asia.”
